Cole Slaw
The cole slaw can be made a day or two in advance as well. The dressing will last at least a week in the fridge.
- 2 cups of mayo
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1/4 cup of white vinegar
- 1 tsp yellow prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 3/4 cup of milk
Stir or if you make it in a jar with a lid shake well. Now just shred the head of cabbage and 1 carrot in a large bowl, and add enough dressing to flavor and mix well. |
